Step 1: Watch the ENTIRE Customer Service Representative Orientation to determine if you are qualified to do this work.
It is very important that you understand everything covered before you proceed to step 2. At step 2, only a few questions will be answered because the Customer Service Home Agent orientation webinar covers everything you need to know about the work you will be doing and the company you will be working with.
Step 2: Schedule an appointment to speak with a recruiting agent.
Be in front of your computer at appointment time or when you call. For all qualifying agents, the registration process takes about 15 to 30 minutes. You will be able to start working from home within 24 to 48 hours after a brief online training.
Step 3: Check your email to confirm your appointment. Look for an email with subject line – “Customer Service Home Agent – Completing Your Registration.”
